11 Habits of People With Concealed Depression - by Lexi Herrick - There will be two main types of people reading this blog: those finding themselves better equipped to understand some of the people they love and those who see their own reflections in these habits.
Everyone is fighting their own battles. So always remember if you'rehaving a bad day it is never ok to take it out on someone else or put them down for thier mistakes. We as humans should all help build each other up instead of tearing each other down.

its not that anyone who struggles with these dark thoughts is weak. a lot of times we're a lot stronger than the average person, bc we fight these unwanted shadows 24/7 & still press on till the next day, even when it looks like nothing will ever change & there's nothing fight for. but we keep fighting. even if no one sees, even if no one cares, we get stronger. we keep going. bc theres no way there's this much shitty darkness around & inside of us, without a glimmer of hope ahead
