Chocolate eclair cake is one of my new favorite desserts. It is made with pudding, graham cracker crust, cool whip, and chocolate frosting YUM! My grandmother made this cake for father's day this year and it was love at first bite!
Pink/purple! * 1/4th cup canola oil(or vegitable/olive) * 2 cups sugar *1tbs butter * Red food coloring * 2 cups unpopped kernels. ~dump kernels and oil into large pot.Put lid on the pot and heat it.Wait until you hear it pop pot flipping the corn inside. when most are popped, pour into the bowl. Boil sugar, butter, water coloring for 3 minutes.let cool. Now,slowly poor th sugar mixture over popcorn to coat evenly. Let dry on cookie sheet.or dry in a 200 degree oven,10 minutes.
