cauliflower 2 fresh garlic cloves 3/4 cup Plain greek yogurt 3/4 cup shredded cheese (set aside a bit for topping) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried parsley flakes salt & pepper to taste chop cauliflower into smaller pieces. place about 1/4-1/2 inch of water in the bottom of a large frying pan. Put cauliflower and garlic on high heat, cover, steam for about 8-10 minutes until it starts to get soft, not mushy. drain Add to a bowl with rest of ingredients and mash together well!

Rachael Ray s Smashed Cauliflower found it really expensive in the store, so I tried frozen...still so very good...everyone in my family LOVED it! She also said it was a low carb substitute for mashed potatoes. I am giving you MY recipe for the same dish.
