So many people train hard at the gym but don't change their eating habits. Diet is still underrated by many people that need to understand that without proper nutrition you can't make progress. It doesn't matter if you wanna burn fat, build muscle..
Don't forget the chick peas, sunflower seeds, tortilla strips and jalapenos...all of which are good for you. And whatever you do don't drown your salad in creamy dressings! BLEH..use vinaigrette instead..tastes better and much healthier!
