Mom's Bisquits & Gravy 1 tube of Bob Evan's Sage Sausage 1/4 c flour 2 tbsp. shortening 1 can pet milk 1 can warm water 2 tubes of Pillsbury buttermilk bisquits. Brown sausage, drain. Melt shortening in frying pan. Stir in flour, bring to rolling boil until light brown stirring consistently. Slowly add milk and water as you keep stirring and mashing lumps. When it looks like gravy set aside add sausage and let it cool. Bake bisquits. Pour gravy over biscuits.
