This moist Lemon Velvet Cake is named for it's soft, velvety texture. This lemon layer cake is filled with lemon curd and whipped cream, and frosted with lemon buttercream frosting.

• 7 3/4 cup Powdered sugar

• 1/2 tsp Salt

• 2 3/4 cups Sugar

• 1 tsp Vanilla

Oils & Vinegars

• 1/4 cup Vegetable oil

Dairy

• 4 1/2 sticks Butter, unsalted

• 2 tbsp Butter

• 8 oz Cream cheese

• 1 cup Heavy cream

• 3/4 cup Milk

• 1/4 cup Milk or more to reach the consistency you like

Liquids

• 1 cup Water
