I am very excited to announce the next charitable project that I have the honor of working on! On October 5 & 6 and 11 & 12, there will be a collaborative interior design Show House Santa Fe event exhibiting the inspiration of Fashion Design on Interiors: At Home With Fashion. This first-time design event supports the Community Foundation of Dollars4Schools.org. The space I am designing is a bedroom on-suite which I will transform to a home office. My design inspiration for this space…
Here is my design board for the Show House event: At Home With Fashion I am designing a room based on Calvin Klein. All proceeds from ticket sales will directly support the Community Foundation of Dollars4Schools in Santa Fe. I hope you will join us in supporting this very worthwhile cause! Explored Canyon Road yesterday with @santafearttours. Strangers writer Elaine Ritchel designs these interactive adventures that encourage in-depth analysis and show unexpected sides of our art community. For example the @thoma_foundation's Art House is just off Canyon on Delgado Street and exhibits dazzling computer light-based and electronic works. This is @leo_villareal's Double Scramble. Make a resolution to explore new corners of Santa Fe's scene in 2016! #santafenm #simplysantafe…
De Vargas Street House, located at 215 East De Vargas Street on the eastern side of Old Santa Fe Trail in Santa Fe, New Mexico within the Barrio De Analco Historic District, is one of the Oldest buildings in America. The Oldest House rests on part of the foundation of an ancient Indian Pueblo dating from around 1200 AD.
Located in this affluent community, the property comprises some 210 acres (Covenant and non-Covenant), a large portion of which is available for development. The residence itself is a magnificent redwood, glass, and marble structure, with foundations and framework of poured-in-place concrete commanding 360-degree views from its private hilltop location.#RSF #RanchoSantaFe #Homes #EquestrianEstate #ForSale
The Heath Foundation has announced that its new alternative energy project, HeathSUN, is ready to “solarize” Santa Fe. "HeathSUN will provide a complete rooftop photovoltaic solar system for homeowners in Santa Fe County at no charge to the customer. HeathSUN owns and maintains each rooftop solar system, and the ancillary metering and control equipment, and there’s no lien on the house."
- n 1920 the Sloans bought a house in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This house became their second home in the summer months, while the couple involved themselves in community affairs focusing on Native-American culture. For many years Sloan served as illustrator for the New Mexico Quarterly and presided over several local cultural foundations, including the Exposition of Indian Tribal Arts, the Santa Fe Painters and Sculptors, and the New Mexico Alliance for the Arts.
