The Carneros Inn On the Sonoma/Napa border-from SF (45 min. w/out traffic). high end, but they really cater to children. 2 pools -1 adult-only 1 for kids (floats, toys, baby pools, hot tub) Can get good quality food and drinks poolside. There were a lot of kids there; 2 nice restaurants -kids were welcome at both. free bikes to use, some beautiful grassy areas where kids can play, bocce courts.
