Les Baux-de-Provence, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur Region, France. This is a picturesque village with royal history beyond the ordinary. The town was granted in 1642 to the Grimaldi family, rulers of Monaco, as a French marquisiate. To this day the title of Marquis des Baux remains with the Grimaldis.
also, when you walk into a hotel room and the Telly is on the fritz, if you're a mom, it magically works, as the person who rented room just stands there in wonder..
