A new variation on a classic, well, not really new...  Hamburgers (beef), sprinkled with a garlic pepper seasoning, grilled for about 20 minutes and garnished with fresh mozzarella (under the tomato), tomato, and a sandwich slice pickle.  Served on a grilled wheat bun.  Lovely!

Slow cooker chicken and rice, before.  Recipe is very easy...  2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1.25 cups of water, some baby carrots. and a package of long grain and wild rice.  I'm cooking thighs, but breasts could also be cooked.  VERY EASY!
