There’s nothing better than a hot cup of cocoa on a cold winter’s day, and now you can get all that flavor in pancake form (no mug required). They’re super simple and ready in 20 minutes; the chocolate flavor comes from chocolate milk and baking cocoa added into the pancake batter. Top with marshmallows, whipped cream, chocolate syrup and/or chocolate sprinkles!

4T butter  3/4 C flour  1/2 t baking powder  4 eggs or 1 C egg sub  1 C milk  Melt butter in skillet, pie pan, oven proof bowl, ect (aprox 2 qt, larger if you want thinner pancake) @ 425 degrees in over while you mix up batter. Combine flour, milk, baking soda & egg, beat til smooth.  Swilr butter around bottom of pan evenly.  Pour batter into hot pan & place back in oven.  Bake @ 425 for 15-20 min, depending on thickness.  DO NOT open door while cooking!
