That is one thing for anybody who wants to lose weight and keep it of.... Never go hungry, eat well balanced satisfying meals,do not diet, be happy with the food you eat( yes fall in love with that broccoli or brussels sprouts) ,it takes practice , but for christian person it should be naturally easier,because christians should be thankful for what they have.
