Baked Monte Cristo Sandwiches. Simple recipe, easy to make. Used sprinkle cheese instead of slices, and melted butter instead of egg (got less brown on top). Also left off the sweet part (no sugar dusting or syrup). Easy lunch to make ahead of time.
