I've finally found a satisfying sugar-free replacement for one of Tim's & my favorite desserts -- peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. These are delicious! I advise using great northern beans (not chickpeas) as the texture is much smoother. I substitute one whole banana and a dropper-full of stevia for the brown sugar.
