4 regular yellow squash cubed 1 med. yellow onion diced 2 c shredded Sharp cheddar cheese 8 oz Sour Cream 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 Stick butter 1 Box Stuffing Mix unprepared Boil squash till tender. Cook onion with butter. When squash is done, drain and mix in a large bowl with butter, onion, cheese, soup, and sour cream. In a casserole pan layer half of the mixture then half of the stuffing mix. Repeat the layer topping with the stuffing mix. Bake at 350 till bubbling in the middle.
