The illustration is not an effort to find faults in our election process. It rather signifies the need to bring some kind of changes to it so that the elections become a level playing field for all the candidates fighting the elections.
We believe some processes can be improved drastically by making slight modifications to them. This is one of those things that might be causing frustration to the Bank’s customers. Companies that make note of how the customers are reacting to their processes and make appropriate changes rather quickly are more likely to get business in years to come.
