Deepening Roots - Jesus set the example - He wept. He cried over the Jerusalem...... We should love the things He loves; hate the things He hates; grieve the things He grieves. - - - And grow to walk with Him, and to know Him, and to be more like Him..... as we do so.........

More comments on not being phrasaical about the people who have grown in Christ in the 'old school' traditions..... those traditions do not save them, but WHEN they express reverence through those traditions, we can all join in on that!

Excerpt from George Whitfield's evangelistic work........ - ode to be so bold....... Jude is clear that yes, we preach with compassion to many, but to some, with fear..... Whitfield did not emphasize fear, but he brought it in so deliberately and so clearly...... and then moved back to our need - and Christ's ability to make all trouble worthwhile in the end....... AND THAT IS ALTOGETHER TRUE...... I know, because He lives in my heart today.....
