Peanut Butter Chippers- These were quick and easy to make! They puffed up nicely. I much prefer a cakey cookie to a thin and crispy one. I only got about 2 dozen out of the recipe... I did eat quite a bit of dough though :) The peanut butter taste is very light, which I prefer. I didn't notice a difference with milk chocolate chips. I won't go out of my way to buy them, so I'll just use semi-sweet which I always have on hand. Will make again!

Homemade ginger caramels (i am baker). "here is something so very satisfying about making caramels from scratch. But the ginger infused caramels are definitely taking it to a whole new level!"

Crescent Cheese Danishes: Amber's review - made 2/3/16 - followed recipe except steps6-8 (I honestly had no clue what those steps meant) so I just kind of folded up the edges so that it was tall enough to not let the cream cheese mixture overflow. I did add a little bit of lemon juice to the glaze for a different flavor - turned out super tasty!

Soft Chewy Caramels Recipe -One of my first experiences with cooking was helping my mother make these caramels. We'd make up to 12 batches each year. Today, I do at least 95 percent of the cooking at home, but my wife does much of the baking. —Robert Sprenkle, Hurst, Texas
