Get ready to sweat! If you don't have the bands, they're a definite must-have. They add an extra kick (no pun intended) to the workout. The bands (black ones) are pretty durable. My original bands lasted for around 10 years. The only downside is that I wish they were adjustable. Although they have adjustable ones in red, it doesn't work well. Even so, this workout kicks butt and fat!
