Your bases for a delicious and nutritious green smoothie are banana, almond milk (or water), and spinach. The rest is completely up to you! If you want them fruity, add a couple cups of frozen berries (I love doing blueberries and a pear) If you want them chocolatey, add some chocolate protein powder, and some ice cubes!
