200-year-old stone house in Linescio, Switzerland Even as you walk around the outside and see the crumbling stone walls right in front of your face, you’d have a hard time believing it was recently renovated. That’s because it was only renovated on the inside. They left the exterior more or less untouched, and built a fresh interior shell using a minimalist design approach.
1 floor house plan - where the kids are, re-imagine with two rooms going out the same distance with 3 sets of bunks along one wall, then where the play room is, two double baths with 6 sinks, 2 baths, 2 toilets and 2 showers each. On the wall oposite the beds would be built into the walls drawers and hanging space. Turn bed 4 into play room. Also, close off study bath to hall and open to study.
