Don’t let holiday travel get in the way of your fitness goals! When packing for your trip, don’t forget your resistance bands, jump rope, workout gear and/or exercise DVDs. Plan your workouts in advance, so you are prepared to maintain your fitness levels while traveling. Make good use of airport terminals; you can get in a lot of additional steps while waiting for your flight. If you are driving a long distance, plan in some stops to stretch and walk around a bit.
