So much pretty in one little photo!! The blooms will be a brilliant orange colour on this Emerald Ripple! I'm following @ktandbiddy lead and sharing some plant love! Who loves succulent blooms? Hands up if you're with me!
This is how my clever fellow plant lady, Biddy, spent her Sunday - surrounded by one of my succulent kokedama, a bit of craft and a bunch of pricks. Stop it, I'm sure you can all see what I mean 🌵😂 📷 @ktandbiddy
Oh little miss, it's thyme you had a wee trim! Thyme does like a bit of a pruning, which easily happens as you go when using it in your cooking! Thyme is also believed to aid digestion, and thyme tea is said to relieve sore throats! I've never experimented with that myself, has anyone tried it?
• BEHIND THE SCENES • This is what I need to make my kokedama beauties. It all starts with my soil, and water - I'm making mud! Next comes the sphagnum moss, then the twine, and it's finished off with my little echidna tag. It's a VERY messy business, but the end result is completely worth it! I'm a naturally neat and tidy person, but let me tell you, my little space where I make these is NEVER neat and tidy!
