SLOW COOKED APPLES.
1 cup brown sugar.
1/2 cup oatmeal.
1/2 chopped pecans.
1 stick of melted butter.
4 tablespoons of cinnamon.
1/4 cup lemon juice.
*mix all ingredients together, and stuff 6-8 Gala apples. Pour 1-1 1/2 cup apple cider into the warmed crock pot. Cook apples in crock pot for 2 1/2 or 3 hrs, or until apples are very soft. Finish off with carmel sauce, and enjoy!*
Best Steak marinade in existence. 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder 3 Tbsp dried basil 1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes 1 tsp ground white pepper 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp minced garlic Combine all ingredients. Pour marinade over meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.
Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos (crockpot style) - 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, juice from 2 limes, 1/2 cup of cilantro, 1 packet of taco seasoning, 1 teas. dried onions, 1/2 cup of water. Put all ingredients into crock-pot. Cook on low all day, or set crock-pot to high and cook for four(ish) hours. Shred, stir well. Spoon into soft taco tortillas. Top with cheese, sour cream, salsa, and tomatoes.

1 lb chicken breasts 1 packet Italian dressing mix 2 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup chicken stock egg noodles or rice Place chicken breasts, Italian dressing mix, butter, lemon juice & chicken broth in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When finished cooking, shred chicken with 2 forks. Serve chicken over egg noodles or rice and top with juices from crockpot.
