Lemon Basil Cream Sauce:  I didn't add the basil, since that was not the flavor I wanted for my sea bass & asparagus.  Even easier than I thought it would be, but not *great*, just *meh.*  I was hoping it would be like the fantastic lemon cream sauces from Sicely or Cheesecake Factory.  Will continue the search for the perfect sauce!
