You slave away at the gym, count every calorie you eat and the scale still will not budge in the right direction. What do you do? Sometimes it is the simplest little things that can throw you off and hinder your goals. Here are TEN COMMON REASONS why you may not be liking what you see on the scale or in the mirror and what you can do to change them.

Are your collaborative projects (including the romantic kind) evolving at a slower pace than you expected? Have they not grown as deep and strong as you've wished they would? If so, I hope you're perturbed about it. Maybe that will motivate you to stop tolerating the stagnation. Here's my recommendation: Don't adopt a more serious and intense attitude. I get a lot of questions about what to do if you miss a workout. Sometimes workouts get skipped because you're sick. Or because you're traveling. Or for some other reason, like your dog ate the disc.
