Chocolate Coconut Chew Lara Bars:  1 cup raw almonds  1 ½ cups dates (I used Medjool)  ¼ cup pure cocoa  ½ cup dried coconut  1 cup raw walnuts (soaked)  Add a little water to help the processing  Just whip all the ingredients up in your food processor and shape into bars
