In a relatively short period of time, you can walk from the high mountain ranges of the Julian and Kamnik-Savinja Alps and Karavanke at heights of over 2000 metres over the hills of Škofja Loka, Idrija and Cerkno, Pohorje, Zasavsko and the Posavsko hills to the lowlands of the Karst, Dolenjska and the Prekmurje hills.
