• 5 cm 2" fresh ginger, fresh
• 1/2 Broccoli head, large
• 2 Chillies, red
• 1 large handful Flat green beans
• 4 Garlic cloves
• 1 Lime cut into quarters
• 1 Of red cabbage, wedge
• 1/4 cup Peanuts, roasted
• 3 Spring onions
Refrigerated
• 400 g Tofu, firm
Condiments
• 2 tsp Lime juice
• 3 tbsp Tamari
Pasta & Grains
• 1 1/2 cups Basmati rice
Baking & Spices
• 2 tbsp Coconut sugar
• 1 Red pepper
• 1 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tsp Neutral tasting oil
• 2 tbsp Peanut oil
• 1 tsp Sesame oil, toasted
Other
• 2 tbsp Finely grated (on a microplane) ginger
• 2 tsp Sambal oelek (chilli paste), adjust to taste
