3-ingredient healthy no-bake bars! - super easy and nutritious. Since the link wasn't working, I guesstimated and did one cup of raisins, one cup of pitted dates, and a half cup of unsalted natural almonds and threw them all into a food processor and it turned out great! Makes about 12 bars. The mixture is a little sticky, as expected, so it took a while to shape and cut them but using wax paper was helpful and cut down the time. Highly recommend as a pre or post workout snack!
One Pinner said I made these! Okay, these are going to be hard to beat. The kids say they love them more than the Trader Joes granola bars I buy. They are simple and fast to make. LOVE these and so will you. Recipe only makes about 10 bars so youre going to need to at least triple the recipe. By the way, great for summer since you dont have to bake these!
