This is a recipe I use when I do the classic 3-2-1 method for cooking my ribs with some variation. I use real butter instead of Parkay, dark brown sugar, and I don’t sauce the ribs at the end. Instead, I brush on the glaze from the foil after the ribs have been cooking in the foil for 2 hours to make a beautiful red glaze. I use my own smoked BBQ sauce on the side for those who want that, but the ribs can stand on their own with the glaze.
