I love the simple charm of this cottage kitchen! The bead board and butcher block counter top is my favorite. Just swap some of the open shelves for cabinets and I would change the lower cabinet's green color to blue probably. :)

adorable breakfast nook.  my grannie - with her love of red - would have liked this!  notice the teacups hanging from the chandelier.  this photo got the wheels turning in my own head.  i painted my kitchen last year and haven't yet grown to love it.  still have some itches for that room that i need to scratch.  good inspiration here.

This is so rustic. If I ever have the luxury of owning a cute little cabin I am so putting in a fun tree branch to hang my mugs off of. Another great idea with branches is creating curtain rods out of them! I'll have to put a picture up of it.
