Easy Dinner Rolls - Make ahead - refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 3 days. Good and easy, BUT - I'm thinking to use Bread Flour next time, these were WAY too soft AND NOTE -  when you put them in a pan you need to set them almost next to each other, otherwise, they kinda puddle and make a thin biscuit, not a proper roll. The taste was good. Plan to eat them when they come out of the oven, though, mine didn't warm up very well.

Penne Pasta with Spring Vegetables:    Sauteed asparagus pieces, snow peas, mushrooms and tomatoes in olive oil. Added lemon zest and juice from 1 lemon. Then added 1 tsp minced garlic. Added 1 tbsp chicken stock and continue to saute. Added shrimp seasoned w/ s, garlic powder, paprika. Added cooked pasta after shrimp were cooked w/ 1/4 cup pasta water and 1/4 cup more chicken stock. Topped with parm cheese instead of feta. YUMMY dish!
