I tweaked this recipe: Used 2.5 lb shoulder roast. about 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp mesquite seasoning, 1/4 cup bbq sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. It was REALLY good. Could use a little more liquid for some extra sauce, but still nice and juicy.
