Add about 1 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice and a little zest. Fold in 2 cups of cool whip. Fill pie shell about 1/3 of the way with cream cheese. Make a batch of cook and serve jello lemon pudding adding 2 tsp. lemon zest. Let it cool for about an hour. Pour/flop over cream cheese mixture.
