1 Can of Tuna (drained)  1 Egg White  1 Cup Cheddar Cheese  1/2 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)  1/2 green pepper  1/2 red pepper  jalapeno (optional)  1 tsp Ground Garlic  1/2 tsp Pepper  1/2 cheese-itz crackers crushed crumbs

Tuna Patties - Low Calorie, Low Fat

Okay--so big event coming and weight was NOT budging so I found this. On day 2 combining it with bike riding and crunches, etc. I can literally SEE my stomach flattening out. IT WORKS.  It's not even hard for me--maybe I wasn't a big eater anyway?  After this one adding the Jillian water to my days to lose water weight and I'm OFF to the Races!~
