Cheesy Potato Breakfast Casserole I made this for connection group. Instead of frozen potatoes I used 4 med potatoes and baked them in the microwave and then chopped them up. I also used breakfast sausage. It was really good. Will make this again.

1 lb Sausage, cooked 1 onion, chopped, sauteed 7 eggs 1/2 cup milk 20 oz bag frozen Diced Hash Browns 8 ounce brick Cheddar Cheese, grated Salt & Pepper, to taste Preheat 350. Spray 9 x 13 dish Prepare sausage and onions. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Reserve roughly one cup of the cheese for topping. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with reserved cheese. Return to oven for 8 minutes.
