I'm not even a huge pumpkin fan, but I tried this delicious maple pumpkin trifle at a friend's Pampered Chef party and have wanted to make it ever since. I just stumbled across the recipe so I had to pin! You could also make individual parfaits! Update: I made this tonight and it was delish! Don't worry about using pure maple syrup. I used the cheap stuff and it was fine.
No bake cheesecake bars for Barry's potluck, will double the recipe and make in a 9x13 pan instead of 8x8, and cherry pie filling on top to please a crowd, since I don't know how many of them like blueberries
