I had my daughter a year ago, and during the pregnancy process gained around 55 pounds. I was in pretty good shape when I got pregnant. 3 months after delivery I had lost around 30 pounds. However, no matter how hard I worked out or how healthy I ate I could not shed my last 15 pounds. In just 30 days I lost the last of my baby weight, and have had numerous people tell me I look thinner and stronger then before I even had my daughter.
As I approached my 40th birthday I reached my highest weight ever (not pregnant) and I felt horrible about what I saw in the mirror. As soon as I started the 30 Day Challenge I immediately saw pounds start to drop and the inches fall off! I lost 16 pounds! The pictures showed me major changes! I cant deny the huge transformation I saw in the pictures and felt in my body! I feel so much better about myself and I’m more comfortable in my skin.
