Balti Seitan Madras from Food.com: I adapted this recipe from a chicken recipe in an Indian cookbook. It's very flavorful and just the right amount of spice for my taste- but you can always make it spicier. It's my new favorite way to get protein!
This orange "beef" and broccoli is actually seitan, known as 'wheat meat'. It's made from kneading the starch out of glutinous flour. Bento's are great places to experiment with vegetarian and vegan dishes.
