Do a Deck of Cards Workout: This is my favourite free workout and it really builds up a sweat in a short amount of time. Take a deck of cards and assign a move to each suit (squats, press-ups, burpees, lunges etc) and then turn over each card one by one. Do the number of moves on the card for the move assigned to the suit. For example, if you have assigned burpees to the diamond suit and you turn over a 5 of diamonds, you do 5 burpees. Face cards are 10 and jokers are a 30-60 second break.

100% true! Getting fit and healthy isn't the hardest part. You're mental health is just as tricky to overcome! I got healthy fit strong and then I lost to my mentality. Was out of routine and completely thrown off  happens to everyone! It's only human. To learn your triggers your temptations and most importantly your limits! I hit my limit for GOOD! Still had to get my 1000+ burn once a week . You ever got your a$$ kicked and at the end said that was fun?! Lol I did with this circuit I created tonight! Started with a 20 minute run then these 6 moves for 50secs for 5 rounds and finished with 30 mins on the elliptical.
