Roasted Cauliflower and Aged White Cheddar Soup//Martha: delish! I added some smoked paprika and a pinch of cayenne for some added depth. Used half milk/half cream, next time will try 3 parts milk, 1 part cream, as it was still plenty rich!

Cream of fresh tomato soup (This is amazing! And I even left out the basil altogether; I also used my own homemade veggie stock and doubled the garlic; second time I made it I left out the tomato paste, and I think this is why it tasted really different—don't leave it out next time!)
