#progresspics!   I've lost 37 lbs since my pregnancy weight - and I've gotten stronger!   Today I did the Masters Cardio workout - Only 17 minutes!  That way I'm done in time to run to work by 7 am  :) I'm also grateful that Shakeology is so quick to make!  Gotta run!

Third Trimester!!  Only 3 months left!  Emoticono smile  I'm working on eating healthy, but I've still been having quite a bit of chocolate LOL  :) Today I wanted to do some light weights, so I did about 20 min of the 21 Day Fix Cardio video with the modifications.  :)  I had Shakeology for breakfast, and now I'm off to work - our first clinic day in our brand new office!! :)

‪#‎accountaility‬ pic! We had an awesome Easter weekend! Our friends came over for a pot luck - I did indulge in some of the comfort foods, but I had tried to make the rest of my meals pretty healthy, so I maintained my healthy weight over the weekend. :)

Today I did the new "Active Maternity" workout on Beachbody On Demand!  It just came out after I delivered, and I was thinking that it was only for Prenatal workouts, but I looked at it again today and it also has a "Postnatal" workout! The trainer is Autumn Calabrese, and she delivers a great low impact workout - it was actually a little hard because it included planks!!

Hi finished the 21 Day Fix! I lost four and a half pounds, and six and a half inches overall! Best of all, I have gotten stronger! Today I am starting the 21 Day Fix Extreme. I got through 25 minutes of it before Little Miss woke up wanting to eat. I won't lie. I kinda needed the break! My lungs we're burning, and I can tell already that I will be sore! So I'm having the Beachbody Recover drink to help minimize the soreness!

I  have to tell you, that working out with my baby making cute noises is more fun than working out alone :)  I did Hammer Conditioning this morning - about 90% of the video because I ran out of time due to a baby "wardrobe malfunction" (really stinky blow-out).  But, it is better than not working out!!  :)
