BLT PASTA SALAD: 1 box (12 ounce) shaped pasta, 1 C milk, 1 C cherry tomatoes, 2 tsp of minced or powdered garlic, 10 slices of bacon, 1/2 C mayo, 1/4 C sour cream, 1/2 C ranch dressing, 3-4 C shredded lettuce, Salt and Pepper
Chicken Creole with Chile Cream Sauce. I used a mixture of Tony's, white pepper, red pepper flake, garlic salt, onion powder, and paprika for the spice mixture. Also only used about a tablespoon full of the chiles, and it was more than enough, anything more would have over powered the sauce. Definitely fat girl approved.
