Blackberry sauce.  Made a modified version of this sauce/syrup tonight. It was very good, and the hubby liked it, too. Used 3C blackberries, 1/4C sugar, 1/4C water, and the 1tsp lemon juice. Didn't need to use the second 1/4C water because my mixture seemed fluid enough. - jam  :  blackberry-sauce-over-ice-cream
