Lebanese Spiced French Fries by Heather Christo: The defining flavor is the za’tar, a middle eastern spice blend made up of oregano, mint, sesame, sumac and salt. There is also chopped fresh cilantro, red chilli & a tiny bit of lime.
Notes: I added chicken (cut into small pieces, salt and peppered it, coated it with a little salad dressing when cooked through.) I also omitted the sesame seeds, added scallions, and subbed coconut aminos for the soy sauce. Put desired amount of salad in a tupperware with dressing and shake it up before serving.
