TUNA STEAK - PHASE ONE ~ Had an 8 oz tuna steak for dinner tonight. Was awesome. brushed it with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then seared it in a cast iron skillet for 30 sec on each side. Then I put the fish/cast iron pan in a a pre-heated 500 degree oven for 2.5 minutes on each side. Amazing! Had it with some green beans
