Tested, really good. From the South Beach Diet book. You can use this as a dip or salad dressing. Its great on lettuce wraps, and as a condiment for chicken or fish. Very good with salmon. Its also very fast and easy to prepare. NOTE to you South Beach Dieters - this is right out of the book. You can use reduced fat, but not fat-free mayo. Fat-free has too much sugar.
While on the South Beach diet, this dish satisfies my craving for the standard chicken parmesan dish.....but this recipe is missing the breadcrumbs. But its so good you wont miss the breadcrumbs! In the world of low carb dieting, I like to serve this with a green veggie and/or tossed salad.
Light Spinach Frittata With Salsa from Food.com: Made this for breakfast today and it was SO filling and wonderful. The eggs are very creamy and flavorful when cooked in this way. This is a phase one South Beach Diet recipe, but you would never guess it! You can also make your own salsa.
