This is an ensemble from America around 1895. This is a jacket and bloomers. This is the first time women were seen in something other than a skirt, as it is bifurcated. The jacket is double breasted. This would have been worn by feminists for exercise. This outfit is more for convenience than for style which is unique to the era.
