"Crockpot chicken tacos crockpot chicken tacos! In my crockpot now! Used bone in chicken thighs (cheaper), can of diced tomatoes, homemade taco seasoning, can of chicken broth, frozen corn. Add all into crockpot and cooked on high 4 hrs. After 3 hrs took out & shredded the chicken and put it back in crockpot to soak up juices. Smells scrumptious!"<--- I would use chicken breasts instead of thighs.
