IDEAL PROTEIN BANANA CAKE - tried this today and it's so so.  The banana pudding is pretty gross so this is an improvement.  2 Egg Whites 1 tsp of Vanilla Ext 2 oz Water 1 IP Pudding Packet  Preheat oven to 350. Combine 2 egg whites, 1 t. vanilla and 2 oz. water. Fold in pudding packet.  Spray 2 small ramekins or a muffin tin with PAM.  For ramekins fill half way or using the muffin tin divide into  3 or 4 equal muffins  Bake at 350 for 15-16 minutes.

Spray a frying pan, spread evenly into pan with back of a spoon & cook on medium till browned both sides.
